Starting with your health (Vital to achieve any success in life).Your wealth, professional success and, personal achievements, all are directly linked to the dominant attitude you feel about yourself right now. Medical studies found that people with a positive attitude about themselves and about aging, live an average of 7.5 years longer than those with negative attitudes.

Optimistic attitudes toward aging seems to favorably influence not just longevity but, also the achievement of life successes. The benefits of positive attitute keep you healthy and ready to achieve your goals, are greater than just relaying in the potential positive effects of pharmaceutical products alone.

Do You Know Why We Age?

Unconsciously we accept negative concepts about aging decades early in life, without questioning their validity. And when we grow older, these negative stereotypes become more relevant, and in fact may have a negative impact in how long we live, and in the quality of our lives.

Now we know, in the past at the begining of civilization when lifespan was shorter, our genes developed to what was needed then. Not to keep us going through a longer lifespan.  The cave man was provably physically fit at 30, but sure dead at 40. There was no need to build the human body for longer lifespan. Life then was brutal and short. As you can see; biologically speaking; today we’re still living with bodies that were intended for the Stone Age and not for life in the 21st century.

A Healthy Mind Is The Best Doctor You’ll Ever Need to Achieve A Successful Life

"You can learn new things at any time in your life if you're willing to be a beginner. If you actually learn to like being a beginner, the whole world opens up to you."

Barbara Sher

Today, some believe that “the reason we age and sometimes lose our brain power is because the technology of curing and treating diseases has surpassed the technology of promoting good health.

However, if we work on promoting a healthy lifestyle, not stop self improvement attitude, people today can experience a lifetime of vitality and youthfulness, with a much longer lifespan." The term ‘baby boomers’, describe the generation of Americans - About 87 million, the largest demographic force in the U.S.- born from 1946 to 1964.  The U.S Census bureau estimated in 2006, that baby boomers will turn 60 at the rate of over 7,900 everyday and 330 every hour. In 2030, it’s projected 57 million baby boomers between the ages of 66 and 84 living in the U.S.  The Europeans predict likewise, that by the year 2050, 43% of the population could reach over 60.

However, regardless of these mostly pessimistic outlooks, the baby boomers have a definite advantage: They are better educated than previous generations. They’re more concerned and knowledgeable about their health, and medical treatment alternatives. They’re much more ready, willing, and able to take on the challenges of work and changing life style. Prepared to learn new skills, new jobs, either before or after retirement. The baby boomers understand, that a person can learn new things, new skills at any time in life. They actually make obvious, that being a beginner again, they expect
that a whole new world opens up to them, as long they maintain a healthy body, healthy mind and soul, backed up with the right mental motivation, that seems the essential key to their success.

They know the mind is the most powerful tool to achieve anything in life, hence the increasing popularity of motivational and self improvement courses, programs and seminars.  However, you may ask yourself at this point, since almost everyone possesses a good brain. Why success in all its forms, seems to come easy to some people and no to others? A fair question. How little we understand the power of the mind.

If you’re like everyone else, what you are experiencing right now is the result of your previous thoughts. And, what is more... right now, you’re already shaping your future by your thoughts in this precise moment.

 Self Improvement...Motivate Your Mind.

The desire for continuous self motivational and improvement are a never ending quest for a healthy mind.

Most likely you already tried one or more motivational programs, and provably with poor results.

Why do you think most of self-improvement efforts fail?

The answer to this will enable you to rise above the majority of people who are keep trying hopelessly to achieve the particular desires of success.

 Why self-improvement programs fail?

 1. We Fear Change

Face it; no matter what type of self-improvement strategy you are fallowing, at some point you’ll need to make a CHANGE. It could be a small change, or a big change, but you are going to have to get out of your “comfort zone”. Our subconscious “conditioned mind” does not like changes. In fact, it is designed to resist any change and to keep us where we are. The reason for this is the subconscious mind is primarily a survival mechanism. Its primary function is to keep us alive.

It perceives any type of change as a threat to our survival; and resists fiercely any change. Unless we can bypass our survival mechanism, all our self-improvement attempts will fail.

 2. We Seek Instant Results

Today people are conditioned by society to expect “instant results.” Hence they want it NOW and expect to see results immediately in one session, one day, one week, one chapter, etc. They give most self-improvement techniques one shot, and if they do not get immediate results, they become discouraged and give up. If we do not align our energy properly, we will not reach our goal. The need for instant results or instant gratification often keeps people from taking the time to align their energy, so it actually takes them LONGER to reach their goals.

 3. We Give Up Too Soon.

Most people give up too soon. Part of this is due to the need for instant results and instant gratification.

It doesn't matter the self motivational program, book or strategy you’re using. In order to succeed at any self-improvement program, the primary thing you must do is:  Decide on what you really want and desire and why.

Always, always, always keep your focus on WHY you are doing WHAT you are doing. A-L-W-A-Y-S! Otherwise you will give up when the slightest obstacle stands in your way or it doesn't seem like it is working. Always focus on what you have to do NOW - IN THIS PRECISE MOMENT. Forget about future results. Just keep your point of focus on what you want to accomplish IN THIS MOMENT.

Yesterday is gone, there's nothing you can do about it. You don't know what tomorrow will bring. You have control only on this precise moment, today, right now. Your motivational and self improvement quest begins now, but only if you're serious about achieving your dreams.

"Whether you think you can...ot think you can't do something, either way
 you're absolutely right."  Henry Ford.
